22nd Annual Sea Swim POSTPONED
Dear Dolphins Family and Sea Swim Community,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the decision to postpone the St. Croix Dolphins Annual Sea Swim. This decision comes in light of the recent tragic incident involving a shark at Dorsch Beach.
First and foremost, our thoughts, prayers, and deepest condolences are with the individual involved and her family during this incredibly difficult time. We extend our compassion to all who have been affected by this heartbreaking event, as it has touched our entire island community.
The safety and well-being of our swimmers, volunteers, and supporters are always our top priority. Out of respect for the situation and with careful consideration, we feel that postponing the event is the most responsible and compassionate course of action at this time.
We truly appreciate your understanding, patience, and continued support of the Dolphins and our mission. We will communicate a new date for the Sea Swim as soon as it is appropriate and once conditions allow us to move forward safely.
